The Butchery Skills Challenge, sponsored by Sutherland Gastronomy, is back at Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) this year! Competitors were challenged to showcase their best workmanship, with tasks involving meat cutting, displaying and the creative usage of meat. When the rounds are over, the meat from the challenge will be delivered to the food truck sponsored by The Butchers Club, where the delicious cuts are cooked and served to visitors along with craft brews from the Beer Street Bar.
作為香港國際美食大獎的重點項目, 由Sutherland Gastronomy贊助的屠宰技術挑戰賽於本年度升級回歸。參賽者在台上龍爭虎鬥,施展渾身解數,展示精湛刀工、擺盤藝術和創意巧思。比賽結束後,由The Butchers Club 贊助的美食車接收食材及現場燒烤,貴賓在享受美食之餘,更可到毗連的啤酒街來一杯手釀啤酒。 |
