Asian Catering Equipment Awards honours manufacturers and designers of foodservice equipment, who have innovatively improved the current and future profitability and sustainability of the catering & hospitality industry.

Concerning the aggressive inflation in rental, high energy consumption and manpower shortage in the F&B industry, many experts have been urgently looking for solutions to enhance operation efficiency while maintaining the quality of the industry service. Similar to the conventional meaning of “ace”, the ACE Awards distinguish excellent, first-rated and outstanding equipment and to further promote the idea of sustainable catering within the industry and beyond during Asia’s leading Food & Hospitality Tradeshow – HOFEX.

Experts from the foodservice industry, including FCSI (Foodservice Consultant Society International) professional consultants, renowned chefs and F&B Directors of hotels and restaurant chains will be invited to the judging panels.
